With over 20 years of coaching experience, she works with riders of all ages navigate anxiety, competition nerves, imposter syndrome, overwhelm and procrastination. Helping them finding clarity in their purpose, both in and out of the saddle.

Her work is rooted in the belief that nothing exists in isolation. Just as we view horses holistically—mind, body, and soul—Becky brings the same lens to the human. She’s known for her ability to identify the patterns, beliefs, physical blocks, emotions, and energy that shape how riders show up with their horses. When circumstances don’t go to plan, or feel out of your control, and our horses aren’t quite playing ball in the way we expected them to, it’s easy to slip into reactive or defensive energy. In this talk, you will uncover YOUR tendancies, raise your awareness of WHY you react the the way do, whether thats an internal reaction (“I’m not good enough”/”why does this happen to me”) or an external reaction (frustration or upset) we explore how to manage or remove emotional triggers, and cultivate a calm, grounded energy that your horse will love you for.

This talk explores how your attachment style—anxious, avoidant, or aligned and your motivation (or lack of!) shapes your energy, intention, and connection with your horse.
If you tend to over-effort, shut down, or lose your mojo, you’ll learn how these patterns affect your relationship with your horse. We’ll unpack how to spot YOUR default style, shift your energy with intention, Expect practical tools, reflective prompts, and a fresh lens on how to keep your purpose top of mind and how to ride from a place of calm, clarity, and connection.
