Richard came to Horseback Archery from a successful career as a junior Show Jumper, and after taking a break from horses in his adult life. After beginning his journey only in late 2022 as a student of EJM Horseback Archery, he quickly discovered that he has a natural talent for the sport. In just 2 seasons, Richard’s list of achievements are impressive, he is currently the top graded and ranked horseback archer in the UK, holds 2 British Senior Championship titles, was silver medallist at the 2023 World Cup and has represented the GB team in both the 2024 European Grand Prix & European Championships. Richard currently has his sights set on the 2024 World Championships, which will be held in Tennessee, USA.
