WHAT TIME DO THE DOORS OPEN?
Friday 25th September Doors open 1pm – 7.30pm
Saturday & Sunday VIP opens 9.30am
Saturday 26th September Doors open 9.30am Start 10 – 6.30pm – Evening Equestrian Theatre 7pm – 9.45pm
Sunday 27th September Doors open 9.30am Start 10 – 6pm (Finale gala is 5-6pm) The gala is included in the Sunday day ticket price.
WILL I BE SENT A PHYSICAL TICKET?
No, your booking confirmation is your ticket, please have this available to view on a device, or printed out. Can’t find it in your inbox? Please head over to www.horsemanshipshowcase.com and log into your account, there you will be able to see all your bookings.
HOW DO I GET THERE?
Horsemanship Showcase is held at the following venue:
Bury Farm Equestrian Club
Mill Rd, Slapton, Bucks LU7 9BT
If you are using a Sat Nav system, then using the above postcode will lead you straight to the property.
On arrival, please head down the driveway and follow the signs around to the back of the large buildings where you will be greeted by one of our parking attendants.
Travelling by car:
Head towards the local town of Leighton Buzzard, from here take the A4012, from here you will continue straight onto Billington Rd. After about a mile you will turn right onto Slapton Road and then continue onto Mill Road. In less than a mile, Bury Farm Equestrian Club will be on your right.
Travelling by Train:
From London: You can take a West Midlands train from London Euston which will take approximately half an hour to reach Leighton Buzzard, from here you will need to catch a taxi or bus to complete your journey.
From Birmingham: You can take a West Midlands train from Birmingham New Street which will take approximately an hour and forty minutes to reach Leighton Buzzard.
Travelling by Bus:
From Leighton Buzzard: Take the 163 Bus from Narrow Gauge Railway to the Carpenters Arms in Slapton. From here it is an 8 minute walk to the venue.
From Dunstable: Take the F77 Busway to Milton Keynes from the N1 bus stop. At Dagnell you will change to the 163 Bus which will take you to the Carpenters Arms in Slapton. From here it is an 8 minute walk to the venue.
DOES MY DAY TICKET INCLUDE THE LIVE STREAM?
No. The live stream is a separate ticket, however all ticket holders will receive a discount code for a online ticket after the show.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR A CONCESSION TICKET?
OAP 65+ and 12 years and under, full time students, plus those registered with a disability and their carers. Please note we are unable to offer free of charge carer tickets.
CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Sadly, as much as we love them, no dogs are allowed at the event.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS/VIDEOS AT THE EVENT?
There is no videoing available at all. You are welcome to take photos on your phone, if you put them on social media, please use #horsemanshipshowcase. There will be professional photographers at the show, so please no pro cameras. If you would like to photograph the event professionally please get in touch, we can discuss press pass options with you. info@horsemanshipshowcase.com
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes the parking is free parking onsite.
IS THE VENUE HEATED?
The venue is indoors, but as it is a series of large indoor schools, it’s not the warmest, please wrap up warm, we recommend you bring a blanket and a cushion is always nice, the grandstand seats are not padded. If you are in VIP blankets are provided!
IS IT OK TO ARRIVE LATE?
Yes, please just come and go as you please, wonder round each arena, the programme will be online prior and available at the door, of course subject to change.
DO I NEED A TICKET OR CAN I BUY IT ON THE DOOR?
We would recommend that you pre purchase your tickets. Last year the evening sold out, as did Saturday.

CAN I SWITCH MY TICKET FROM ONE DAY TO THE OTHER?
If we still have availability yes, but this must be done at least two weeks prior to the event.
I CAN'T MAKE IT CAN I HAVE A REFUND?
We are afraid that we do not offer any refunds. However if you can’t make it and would like to switch your ticket to the online show, please email us at least two weeks prior to the show, so that we can switch this over for you.
IS THERE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS AT THE EVENT?
Our arenas and viewing areas are on a sand surface. If your wheelchair can navigate this terrain, you’ll have access. To ensure your comfort, please let us know in advance if you’ll be attending in a wheelchair so we can reserve sufficient space for you.
FOR THE EVENING EVENT, AS SEATS ARE RESERVED, DO I NEED TO BOOK MY GROUPS TICKETS TOGETHER, SO THAT WE CAN SIT TOGETHER?

IN THE DAYTIME, ARE SEATS RESERVED?
No, please sit wherever you choose.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD ONSITE?
The venue has a super cafe, coffee and street food station providing a variety of food and drink throughout the event. The venue does not allow food or drink to be brought onsite. If you have dietary needs, please do feel free to get in touch with us, on extreme allergy cases the venue will allow food onsite, with prior agreement.
Terms & Conditions
In the unlikely circumstance that the event is cancelled by Horsemanship Hub Ltd, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.
In the unlikely circumstance that the event is postponed, all monies paid may be applied to the new appointment date and total fees chargeable shall be the fee which applies at that time.
Demonstrating trainers may be subject to change. In the unlikely event that a scheduled trainer is no longer able to make an appearance at Horsemanship Showcase, a suitable replacement will be found and the full experience of the show will not be compromised. Refunds will not be given in this circumstance.
Your email address will be used for correspondence in relation to Horsemanship Showcase and Horsemanship Hub Ltd, which is a combined business. If you have subscribed to our newsletter, you will also receive newsletters about other Horsemanship Hub events. You can unsubscribe at any time.
