Vehicles aren’t permitted inside the exhibitor arena, but exhibitors can pull up to the doors to unload.

Breakdown:

You may begin tidying your area quietly during the gala, but no full breakdown or removal is permitted until after the gala finishes. This ensures rider safety and horse comfort during warm-up periods.

Breakdown Policy:

Please leave your space as you found it and take all rubbish off-site. If you’re using hay, straw, or similar materials, consider bringing a base to make cleanup easier.
No breakdown is allowed until after the gala has finished — thank you for helping keep our riders and horses safe.
