The countdown is on for the last couple of months before Horsemanship Showcase 2023 and we are SO excited to have you joining us for what will be the biggest and best year yet!!

Please find below some further details regarding your exhibitor stand:

Set Up

  • FRIDAY: Set up is between 10:00 – 17:00. Please note that this is the only set up window on this day and access is not permitted outside of this time frame.
  • Vehicle access is limited due to the space, all vehicle access will be stopped at 4pm, due to rehearsals starting.
  • On arrival please head to the exhibitor check in desk, where you will be given your passes and shown to your exhibitor space.
  • Electricity for your stand must be prebooked. If you require electricity and have not yet booked it please send an email to info@horsemanshipshowcase.com

Break Down

It is essential that you do not start breaking down your stand until The Beauty Of Horsemanship Finale begins on Sunday.

No vehicle access will be available to the exhibitor areas until after The Beauty of Horsemanship Finale has ended and the show has closed.

PLEASE can we ask you all to respect this, this is so important for the customer experience and also the safety of all riders and pedestrians.

Shopping Village Opening Hours

  • SATURDAY: Please be ready for shoppers from 08:30. Officially doors open at 09:00, however if we have a large number of early arrivals, like last year, we will open at 8.30 am.
  • Exhibitors will be based in Arena 1 or 3, which will remain open until 19:30 on the Saturday when the evening show starts.
  • SUNDAY: 09:00 – 6:00

Exhibitor Personnel

  • Please ensure that we have the 2 named exhibitors for your stand, names and company or title that you would like displayed on your badge, please email these to info@horsemanshipshowcase.com
  • Additional exhibitor passes can be purchased with a 15% discount via the ticket booking options at the bottom of this page. Once booked, please send over any additional exhibitor names to info@horsemanshipshowcase.com

Exhibitor stand bookings, come with 2 free exhibitor passes, additional are available with 15% discount, for up to 10 passes (seated, not upper tier mezzanine), please do book soon to avoid disappointment.

Over Night Hook Up

If you are staying onsite in your lorry/camper etc and require hook up for your lorry/camper, this will need to be booked directly on the Bury Farm website, please follow this link https://www.myridinglife.com/eventdetails.aspx?id=429085


There is no wifi available via Bury Farm, please bring your own connection should you require.

Exhibitor Passes Spectating Access

  • Two passes will be provided with every exhibitor stand booking
  • The two included exhibitor pass holders will have access to the daytime shows on Saturday and Sunday and the Destiny evening show via the upper tier of the mezzanine
  • Additional 15% off exhibitor pass holders will be able to view the day time shows from the grandstand seating. Destiny tickets must be purchased for any additional exhibitors if they are planning on watching the evening show – again using the 15% off discount.

Please note: Any personnel without a pass will NOT be allowed access to any of the arenas.

Talk Tent Presentations

  • Within the talk tent area is a large TV screen and HDMI cable for you to access via your own laptop.
  • If you do not have a presentation for on the TV screen we will put up your logo/photo from www.horsemanshipshowcase.com
  • Pa system and head mic will be in position.

Arena Presentations

PA system provided, with 1 head mic

f you would like music played during your presentation, in arena 2 or the interactive arena, we can play this via the PA system using an AUX cable. Please bring a device, phone, ipod etc with your music planned, we can play the music for you if straight forward, or you are welcome for your helper to do this.
For the International arena we will need your music emailed to us by the end of September.

Please book your stables directly on Bury Farm website, following this link: https://www.myridinglife.com/eventdetails.aspx?id=429085

Stables will come with a small base bed, additional shavings are available onsite, or you are welcome to bring your own. All beds must be mucked out and left up, clean and tidy of all hay and poo, or else Bury Farm will charge a £25 per stable charge for cleaning. PLEASE do not leave without going back and checking your stable, all stables are named.


We will be providing hay for you, a large bale will be at the end of each stable block throughout the weekend.

Additional Shavings

If needed, please purchase directly Bury Farm or bring your own however all beds have a small base bed, so hopefully not needed.
